Hey people, I'm back here to revive this dead but not-so-dead blog! Since the sports day nothing has been talked about. But we should be excited! Why? Cus WHY-OH-GEE is aproaching in less than 2 months! "Oh yea oh yea oh yea. We are the one singapore and blah blah blah..." Yup just to update you all if you had been in lalalalalalalaland. We have been involving ourselves in our YOG specialist tennis training. And I really wanna aplaud all of you who have been ACTIVELY participating! Kudos :) Continue to do our best till YOG is over... But dont forget what intructor singh thought us about some values which I also forgot... Yea, see you guys at the next session!

Hi ppl, as I said in the msg that i sent out, here are the details of the duties for tomorrow's sports carnival.
Referees:
Nico, Xuwei, Melissa&Marcus.
Referees pls note the rules. Bear in mind that there should be NO CONTACT among players and if there is, pls call a foul. Also take note if the players step on the out line or not. Do not hesitate to blow the whistle and also indicate which sides' possession it is. If it is Alexandra's possession shout "Alexandra's possession". Bring your whistles!
Timer:
Jiamin & Dianrong
Your job is basically just to time the game and also tell the referees if the time is up. DO NOT stop/pause the time even if there is substitution,when the disc is out of bounds, etc. Pls not that there will be a total of 10mins played.
Scorer:
Julia, Rene, Illy & Huey Wen
Record down scores and update the points for the houses.
Competitor stewards:
Alexandra> Aikhau & Alvin
Belvedere> Simone & Shunjun
Commonwealth> Jasvinder & Shiyuan
Dundee> Diantian & Belinda
Strathmore> Sherlene & Berlin
You guys will be in charge of the respective levels. At the start, register your players and make sure the team roster is done and pass it to me. The sec1s and sec2s will be spilt into 4 teams of them and you guys must know when these 4 teams are playing. You will be responsible for their whereabouts and schedule.
Logistics:
Jolene, Rebecca & Dianrong
In charge of the overall paperwork. Register scores and players. Also take lots of pictures!
Crowd control:
Hwee ying, Sufa, Jun Xuan, Deepak, Joshua & Shawn
Make sure the students are at the field and make sure the students do not get out of the field without permission from teachers. Settle them down and don't allow them to wander around the field.
Sequence for introduction.
Jolene will make the announcement for all the students to seat in their houses and levels. ALL Sls will also have to assemble in their houses and ask the students to settle down.
She will then ask them to move into rows of 10 and ask them to move to the competitor stewards. The comp. stewards will then make registration of the players and Dylan will take over. Then berlin will say the rules and the games will start.
Pls bring your sch uniform along as we have to change to it after recess. Remember to be there at the NEW sch field at 6.45am sharp with your SL t-shirts and don't be late! Lastly, sorry for any miscommunication.

we are going t organise th sec 1 & 2 games for th sports carnival !
t make sure we're prepared on th actual day , we are going t have a SL meeting this sat , which is tomorrow , (10/10/09) , at 8.30 sharp at th foyer .

we'll just going t have a briefing about what will going on at th event , our jobs and also having a dry run of th event .

hope most of you will be going t help decorate our SL notice board and help tidy our 'HOME' !
time : 8.30am ( rmb t be punctual ! , every second counts . )
venue : health fitness room , gym ( at th canteen )
PS ; SLs , show out FAT values kays ! ;D
we'll be dismissed at around 12 or so .
OH YEAH ! , then we'll have a super nice notice board for us , SLs , and a tidy 'HOME' of ours .
oh , our 'HOME' !! ;D
its a place only for us , SLs !
we can study there , gather there and do stuffs there .
