Hi ppl, as I said in the msg that i sent out, here are the details of the duties for tomorrow's sports carnival.
Referees:
Nico, Xuwei, Melissa&Marcus.
Referees pls note the rules. Bear in mind that there should be NO CONTACT among players and if there is, pls call a foul. Also take note if the players step on the out line or not. Do not hesitate to blow the whistle and also indicate which sides' possession it is. If it is Alexandra's possession shout "Alexandra's possession". Bring your whistles!
Timer:
Jiamin & Dianrong
Your job is basically just to time the game and also tell the referees if the time is up. DO NOT stop/pause the time even if there is substitution,when the disc is out of bounds, etc. Pls not that there will be a total of 10mins played.
Scorer:
Julia, Rene, Illy & Huey Wen
Record down scores and update the points for the houses.
Competitor stewards:
Alexandra> Aikhau & Alvin
Belvedere> Simone & Shunjun
Commonwealth> Jasvinder & Shiyuan
Dundee> Diantian & Belinda
Strathmore> Sherlene & Berlin
You guys will be in charge of the respective levels. At the start, register your players and make sure the team roster is done and pass it to me. The sec1s and sec2s will be spilt into 4 teams of them and you guys must know when these 4 teams are playing. You will be responsible for their whereabouts and schedule.
Logistics:
Jolene, Rebecca & Dianrong
In charge of the overall paperwork. Register scores and players. Also take lots of pictures!
Crowd control:
Hwee ying, Sufa, Jun Xuan, Deepak, Joshua & Shawn
Make sure the students are at the field and make sure the students do not get out of the field without permission from teachers. Settle them down and don't allow them to wander around the field.
Sequence for introduction.
Jolene will make the announcement for all the students to seat in their houses and levels. ALL Sls will also have to assemble in their houses and ask the students to settle down.
She will then ask them to move into rows of 10 and ask them to move to the competitor stewards. The comp. stewards will then make registration of the players and Dylan will take over. Then berlin will say the rules and the games will start.
Pls bring your sch uniform along as we have to change to it after recess. Remember to be there at the NEW sch field at 6.45am sharp with your SL t-shirts and don't be late! Lastly, sorry for any miscommunication.
